We recently received an email from someone who received a free referral page several days ago. Concern was expressed that it had not yet generated referrals. This has led us to ponder out loud the question: "What does it take generate referrals?"

This post is for the purpose of providing details for what it has taken for us to promote our free referral page and produce the results that we have achieved thus far.

Successful marketing on the Internet is largely a numbers game that begins and ends with the amount of traffic a given website attracts.  How's that for stating the obvious!
